Thomas wrestling
Grandad,
Here is one of the matches from Thomas and one of Isaac's. Thomas was hilarious to watch. I hope the video's work. They are both in the blue singlets.
Happy Birthday Sissy!!!
What can I say? Everyone should have an ANGEL daughter like Danielle. She is eleven. She is a fabulous student, organized with her room and time, kind, unselfish and compassionate, can boogie like non other, reads all the time, loves to snuggle her brother Thomas everyday during scriptures, feeds the dog when no one notices he's out of food, can clean a bathroom that would rival her Granny, tries her hardest in all she does, cooks with mom and last but not least can still give any boy a run for their money in push-ups and races! Our Tomboy was so pleased to work side by side with her momma during the Relief Society Birthday dinner(on her own birthday). She didn't complain about being asked to join the nursery kids and babysit or clean up until late that night. Danielle was just tickled to get away the night before and grab an ice-cream and pick out a new "Lumber Jack" shirt.

Cousins
I loved that Andrew, Tiffany and her four made the long trip up from Payson. They also stayed for five days and we made a party out of it. Andrew is being sent to the middle East for nine months and so it was so nice to have a little time before he left. Scott was the hero one night so the girls could go out. He put fourteen kids to bed. Unbelievable!Tuesday, March 1, 2011
Old enough for Stake dances???
What is the best part about turning 14... owning everyone in air soft wars (courtesy of dad), target practice with a cool Aunt Nettie, dinner and a movie with Grandma Stevens, a hand knitted hat from Granny Skidmore (sent all the way from a frigid Nauvoo), going to your first stake dance and giving an hour long report to the parents at midnight and...
California Sunshine
Dean and Linda Forman are gracious, generous and solid in all that is important. They invited all of the "Formans" to gather for the return of Elder Daniel Forman. Daniel gave the most powerful testimony of the restored Gospel and shared some of the intimate trying and triumphant details of his experience. Through him many miraculous manifestations of the great work of Heavenly Father blessed the people of South Africa. We as a family were so fortunate to stay and absorb of his "missionary glow"!
Great Grandma Forman who is still recovering from major surgery flew from SLC to participate in this wonderful event. She is truly the Matriarch, the sunshine and the glue that binds us together. We love her ever cheerful disposition and example of strength.

Anything that involves family has always been a number one priority for Scott, regardless if it is Formans, Stevens or Skidmores. Scott especially has a special place in his heart for his dear grandmother who has championed him all his life.

I couldn't stop squeezing this fine young man and telling him how proud I was of his humble yet great spirit. My two teenage boys hung on his every word. They could recite back on the drive home their interpretation of his experience and fervor for the Gospel.
It was not all serious though...
the pool house...

the pool and acreage...
the playground and courts...
the competitors...
the tree house climbers...
the visitors and snugglers...
and one of the several "single" mom's who made the long trip to California for the weekend. We filled our day with tennis. Everyone played tennis, took turns watching the boat load of little children, ate Aunt Linda's superb cuisine, visited, laughed (mostly while watching Uncle Dean and Grandma Stevens laugh), watched the epic videos produced by Christian Baldree and slept in first class accommodations.
